Monsooned Malabar Beans

So named because it is seasoned in the monsoon winds. A unique dark and spicy flavour with hints of vanilla and cumin.

Rainforest Alliance

100% Rainforest Alliance certified Brazil and El Salvador are medium-dark roasted to develop the sugars and nutty shortbread flavours. Rich and biscuity with a subtle acidity and light aroma.

Mysore Beans

A smooth mellow arabica coffee from the Badra region of India. Medium roasted, this coffee is easy drinking with a low acidity and slight vanilla characteristics.

Mocha Beans

Very much an individual tasting coffee from Ethiopia, the beans are of irregular shape and colour. The trade description is 'gamey' with a slightly 'cheesy' aroma. Drunk either on its own or with Mysore or Java.

Kenya AA Beans

An excellent single origin. High citrus fruit acidity is balanced by a rich, earthy chocolate finish. Medium bodied with a light floral aroma.

Maragogype Beans

A jumbo-sized bean, produced in limited quantity. This strong, distinctively flavoured bean originated in Brazil but is now produced in other Central American countries, especially Guatemala

Kenya Peaberry Beans

Produced when only one half of the coffee bean develops, therefore producing a rounded pea shape. All of the strength and character is then concentrated in this single ovule, giving weight for weight greater and more distinctive flavour. Acidic, fruity and bold with medium body and a distinctly earthy finish.

Kenya AA Beans

An excellent single origin. High citrus fruit acidity is balanced by a rich, earthy chocolate finish. Medium bodied with a light floral aroma.

Java Beans

A classic coffee from the Indonesian archipelago high roasted to enhance its rich spicy flavour. Smoky with a deep, winey acidity and low acidity. Perfect for drinking after dinner.

Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy Beans

The only coffee comercially cultivated in the USA, grown in small quantities on a unique lava-based soil. Aromatic, full bodied but delicate flavour. A rare, and to many people the finest coffee in the world. Malty cocoa and peanut notes with subtle crisp acidity.

Full Roast Mountain Beans

Darkly roasted Central American coffees develop deep caramel, toffee and peanut butter characteristics with a roasted, toasty aroma.

French After Dinner Blend

Nutty Brazilian, tangy Rwandan and heavy-bodied Robusta bring a good balance to this blend. Sweet and nutty with excellent body and depth with pink grapefruit and apricot from the Rwandan towards the end.

High Roast Decaffeinated Blend

A blend of Central American coffees with the caffeine extracted using a special water steaming process then high-roasted until the beans become black and oily, giving a strong, bitter and continental taste, without the stimulant effect of a non-decaff coffee.

Decaffeinated Blend

A blend of Central American coffees with the caffeine extracted using a special water steaming process. This has the effect of darkening the beans, but does not impair the flavour. A good bed time drink.

Costa Rica Beans

Among the world's finest coffees, rich in body, a fine mild flavour. A distinctive coffee with many devotees. Notes of caramel, toffee. Also nutty with subtle sweet acidity.

Crema Beans

Deep, rich, chocolatey and punchy with a powerful liquorice and rose water finish. Earthy notes throughout with an underlying spicy chocolate feel. Excellent body that cuts through milky drinks well.

Columbian Beans

A Medellin Excelso FNC Colombian coffee, medium roasted to produce a full nutty flavour. A non-acidic coffee used extensively in the USA

Espresso Puccini Blend

A very strong blend of coffees roasted just a few shades lighter than Dark Continental. This blend is used to make espresso and cappuccino coffee A blend and roast used extensively in Italy and other Mediterranean countries.

Pure Java

A classic coffee from the Indonesian archipelago high roasted to enhance its richspicy flavour. Smoky with a deep, winey acidity and low acidity. Perfect for drinking after dinner.

Mocha/Mysore

 

Italian/Mysore Blend (70/30)

Dark roasted robusta and lightly roasted Mysore make this blend exceptionally smooth and creamy with deep earthy notes balanced by mild malty sweetness and hints of vanilla.

Low acidity with some sweetness.

Jamaican Blue Mountain

Probably the most famous coffee in the world and certainly one of the rarest and most expensive. The raw coffee is imported in wooden barrels and when roasted has a mellow full-bodied flavour and an excellent aroma. High acidity and a fruity finish with faint hazelnut notes and a toffee/butterscotch sweetness.

Italian Blend

A really rich, earthy and punchy coffee roasted very dark to give a real Southern Italian flavour. Full bodied and full flavoured with minimal acidity and sweetness.

American House Blend

A blend of Central and Sounth American coffees. Sweet, mild and nutty with a deeper roaster flavour in the finish. Notes of caramel, toffee and hazelnut. Medium body and medium acidity.

Espresson Blend

An intense dark blend of strength, perfect for Lattes and Cappuccinos. High quality coffees from the three major coffee-growing areas of the world lend a balanced and sweet taste to this darkly roasted, traditionally Italian, blend.

Super Crema Espresson Blend

A rich, smooth, full-roasted blend of South American and African arabicas and Indian robusta. Full-bodied and a liquorice sweetness.

Brazil Santos

Nutty, sweet and distinctly Brazilian. Malty notes and good body. Good levels of chocolate and caramel. Brazil is the biggest coffee producer in the world.

Brasseria Blend

Smooth, creamy and chocolaty with notes of cocoa, earthy prices and slight vanilla flavours in the finish. A long, smooth finish and medium to low acidity.

Blue Mountain Blend

A sharp, strong flavour blended to resemble Jamaican Blue Mountain. A good daytime coffee, satisfying and full of flavour. Sweetness and maltiness come through well as an espresso. Adding milk develops the caramel and toffee notes
